Educational Visits

At Bentfield, we offer a range of educational visits. These consist of:

Local area visits - such as walking to the post office, going on a walk to practise map reading skills and sports events
Class trips - such as visiting Mountfitchet Castle and a Victorian experience day at Kentwell
Residential visits - such as a multiple day trip to an adventurous activities centre

These visits enhance our in-school curriculum by offering real-life experiences, helping children to be immersed in the topics they are studying, inspiring pupils to find their passions and areas of interest. All visits are risk assessed by staff prior to the events and dynamic risk assessments will be carried out through the trips to ensure pupils are always kept safe more details of this can be found in our school Education Visits Policy, which can be accessed below.
