FINANCIAL BENCHMARKING
Benchmarking is the process of comparing our school’s spending with similar schools and schools with similar challenges. It allows our school to look at expenditure in different areas such as staffing, supplies and services and buildings.

HIGHER PAID STAFF
All local authority maintained schools are required to publish salary information on any employee earning over £100,000 per annum.
All staff employed directly by the school are paid in accordance with either the School Teachers Pay & Conditions Document or National Joint Council Terms & Conditions.
Teacher salary levels are determined and reviewed annually by the pay committee of the Board of Governors in the Autumn term.
At 01/09/2023 no staff at our school earns more than £100k a year.
